Honey, History, and a Hint of Obsession​

At Sherwood Reserve, we spent a decade lecturing on the legendary feasts of the Vikings and the epic banquets of Ancient Greece. Eventually, we realized that talking about the "nectar of the gods" wasn't nearly as fun as actually making it. What started as a shared hobby between two social studies teachers evolved into a mission to bring one of the world's oldest drinks into the modern craft scene.

The Craft Behind the Chronicles

We’ve swapped the grading pens for fermentation tanks, but our passion for storytelling hasn't changed. We specialize in small-batch mead that prioritizes quality over volume and character over chemistry.
